We love calling Austin home.

One of the greatest assets here at StoryCraft is the city we live and work out of: Austin, Texas. This town is a beacon for artists and entrepreneurs alike, creating a diverse and rich playground of talent and locations that give our videos some real authenticity. Though it will never be the video production behemoths of New York and Los Angeles, that’s all right with us as it still provides a number of advantages compared to nearly every other American city.
One of these advantages is casting. Austin is a great city to work in as an actor. Films and television shows are regularly filming around town, and have been for years and years. Live performance is another staple of the Austin experience, be it on stage at the Paramount Theatre or at your local neighborhood bar. This kind of environment attracts a wide talent pool of performers and actors from all kinds of backgrounds. No matter what message your brand is looking to convey, we will be able to find authentic and talented individuals to bring the stories in your videos to life.
Locations are another strong advantage of our town. Austin’s climate and landscapes vary dramatically, and give us plenty of options when creating your videos. We have lakes, hills, parks and forests for any story that requires them. We also have the energy and flash of a growing vibrant city that delivers downtown high rises with bustling offices, to suburban schools and neighborhoods with cozy living spaces. Again, due to the vibrant film and television industry here in town (and it’s artistic friendly nature in general) we’ll never have a shortage of authentic spaces to tell your stories in.
That is the third time I used the term “authentic” in this post. Though I think that’s only appropriate though when it comes to describing our hometown. We are excited to continue to grow and do great work in this city. Come visit anytime.
