Despite what you read, Austin isn’t just free breakfast tacos, office ping pong tables and live music happy hours. We’re also a tech hub with tech trappings like horrible traffic and high rents, but if alleviating our city’s growing pains isn’t the mother of invention, we don’t know what is and with more innovators moving here every day, we’re bound to find the answers.
To help us start, we’ve partnered with The American Genius to create #WhyAustin, a special ongoing interview series featuring local thought leaders, business owners, creatives, entrepreneurs and anyone in between that honestly examines the challenges of our business and startup culture while showcasing some of the best and brightest companies our little big city has to offer.
